Return Policy

All products purchased through Kopbox™ are labeled as "non-refundable". All sales are final, no refunds, returns, or exchanges are permitted. Merchandise may only be returned if the wrong product was received. All returns must be unused and unwashed. Kopbox™ will not accept returned merchandise without prior written communication and agreement. Returned merchandise must be received within 15 days of the purchase date.
